Social Media Advertising

More Traditional “Advertising”

There are older, yet still effective advertising mediums that can be affordable, yet somewhat less target-able except for the local regions they are in.  Most of these mediums are typically rather expensive because they are labor intensive to produce.

  • Digital billboards:  Today they are like giant TV’s in high definition.  Older traditional billboards still exist as well.
  • In-Location TV Displays:  If you have ever seen electronic menu boards in restaurants, or stand-up displays in malls (etc), these are what I am referring to.  These can be good and cost effective, and are generally easy and quick to update.
  • Broadcast radio:  Yes, good old radio stations still exist, and according to some reports, are more successful than television.  This is still a localized shotgun approach to advertising, and may be appropriate based on certain advertising goals.
  • TV and Cable TV stations: Similar to broadcast radio, they are also a localized shotgun approach to advertising.  Cable TV stations may be a cost effective alternative to broadcast TV.  AKOR Services can arrange video crews for your advertisements.
  • Busses, light rail trains and Benches:  These are still all good approaches to targeted localized advertising, although not always inexpensive.
