Shipping is FREE (to the purchaser) on all products created and distributed by the AKOR Services e-commerce store anywhere in the USA contiguous area unless noted otherwise.

International shipping is NOT free, and will be charged accordingly.  Most of our products originate in the USA.  However, if a product is created, or originated outside the USA, additional freight charges may be applied on a case by case basis, but will be clearly noted on the item description.

Items Damaged In Shipping

Any item damaged in shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.  Please contact them to initiate their claim process for freight damaged products.

KIOSKS:  It is important to note that some products may be produced  by other suppliers (e.g. Land’s End Outfitters – embroidered products).  Their products may be represented on AKOR Services website, but are NOT considered a part of the AKOR Services e-commerce store.  In all of these instances, the terms of that supplier will prevail, including freight policies, and are out of the control of AKOR Services.
