Yes, we are happy to accommodate all the transportation, accommodations and even fun adventures for all members of your group.  We would be a single point of contact for all of your travelers.  As a service for you, we can even create a page on our website with all the pertinent dates, time and details.  We will even accommodate your travelers that want to come early for your even, or stay afterward for a little added fun.  This takes all the burden off of you for all transportation and accommodations for your big event.

Payment terms depend on your type of travel, and the details of your trip.

Cruises:  Generally, these are booked substantially in advance of the travel.  Depending on the cruise line, they will generally require a deposit for each traveler (or stateroom).  After the initial deposit is completed, you can typically make payments, at least monthly, up until the date when your final balance is due, typically 90 days prior to your sail date.  We do not have any additional fees for booking cruises for you.  We will accommodate your loyalty program ID numbers.

All-Inclusive Trip Packages:  Similar to cruises, these package are typically booked well in advance of the travel dates, and payments can typically be made, after an initial deposit, with the balance due by a specific future date.  In some cases, formal financing packages can be arranged.  Lets discuss your needs in person.  We do not have any additional fees for booking packages for you.

Airfare:  If you are using you loyalty program awards, you should book directly with your airline.  If you book with us, we will use your loyalty ID # to be assured you receive your rewards for this new travel.  Payment is typically required at the time of purchase for airfare, and in order to book your reservations.  We will coordinate and book your tickets with the credit card information you provide us.  For airfare, there is a $25 per passenger service charge.  On your credit card statement, you will see the airline charge for your tickets and a separate service fee charge from AKOR Services Travel.

Accommodations:  This will vary between the hotels (and their policies), and whether we are booking individual stays, or group accommodations all at one facility.  The amounts required could be from no initial deposit, to partial deposit, to full pre-payment, depending on the details of the trip.  Keep in mind that if we can book all traveling parties at one facility (as part of a group), we may be able to negotiate discounted group pricing, if we meet the group requirements for that facility.  We need to discuss this up-front, prior to booking.  We do not have any additional fees for booking accommodations for you.

Car Rentals:  We can typically hold your reservation with just your credit card number, with no payment until you pick up your car for your trip.

Most other travel and ticket arrangements require full payment at the time of booking.

Whatever travel arrangement you are booking, most will accept children as part of family travel.  The exception, for example, would be adult-only cruises (e.g. Virgin Voyages) or resorts (e.g. Sandals Resorts).  If you have specific questions, we will be happy to advise you.

Yes, but they change on a daily basis.  The best way to find out about our specials is to “Like” AKOR Services Travel on our Facebook page, where we post regular offers.  The other way is to call us, and we will be happy to research the current best available options for you.  That’s what travel advisors do!  W will also be happy to keep our eye out for any upcoming special offers that meet your criteria.

Yes, we absolutely do.  In fact, that is one of the best time to use AKOR Services Travel.  You coordinate all of your group traveler information, and provide it to us.  We will take it from there, arranging all travel, accommodations (possibly even meeting space), and ground transportation.  We can make notifications to everyone in your travel group if details change and will coordinate changes with the providers as well.
