Over my lifetime, I have traveled fairly extensively domestically and internationally. I’ve done a lot of air travel, bus travel (city and Greyhound), light rail travel, some other train travel (mostly in Europe) and a lot of travel by car. You fill in the blank! I am pretty fond of taking the train and going on short overnight trips. I just recently did one between Vancouver, WA and Seattle, WA. See my review. I will say that 2-4 hour trips on Amtrak can be quite pleasant, as long as you are willing to catch an Uber when you get to your destination.
